  • Pacifiers or Dust Masks

  • Eye Drops

  • Glass, Cans, Cups or Coolers

  • Markers, Pens or Spray Paint

  • Large Chains or Spiked Jewelry

  • Stickers, Flyers, Banners or Posters

  • Balloons, Balls, Inflatable Balls or Frisbees

  • Backpacks Over 12"x12"

  • Large Purses or Bags (anything over 12" x 12)

  • Open Packs of Cigarettes or Unsealed Tampons (upon entry)

  • Outside Food or Beverages (including Alcohol and Candy)

  • Weapons of any Kind (Includes Pocket Knives, Pepper Spray, Fireworks, etc.)

  • Professional Recording Equipment: Photo, Video or Audio (no Detachable Lenses, Tripods, Big Zooms or Commercial Use Rigs)

  • Video Cameras * Subject to change

  • Stuffed Animals or Dolls (including Plush Backpacks)

  • No golf carts, ATVs or motorized bikes.


WHERE IS THE FESTIVAL BEING HELD?

GATHER will take place in the upstate town of Monticello, New York. Located at 99 Holiday Mountain Road, GATHER is a two hour drive from New York City and a two hour drive from New Haven, Connecticut.


WHAT KIND OF TICKETS ARE THERE?

GATHER will offer patrons three ticketing options for attendance. The ticketing options available are: Single Day GA (General Admission), Single Day VIP and a two day ‘Weekender’ ticket. Various tiers of camping passes will also be available to purchase for attendees who wish to participate in the camping aspect of GATHER. Please see the ‘Camping Faq’ for more details.


WHAT ITEMS ARE ACCEPTED?

  • Non-Professional Flash/Still Cameras

  • Cell Phones

  • Sunglasses

  • Hats

  • Lighters

  • Closed Packs of Cigarettes

  • Sealed Wrapped Tampons

  • Earplugs

  • Sealed Chapstick and Lip-gloss

  • Glow Sticks

  • Glowing/Illuminated Costumes or Jewelry

  • Sealed Packs of Gum

  • Small Bags, Single Compartment Backpacks and Purses (maximum 12" x 12” Fanny Packs)

  • Campers can bring in a case of beer OR a case of wine and an unlimited amount of non-alcoholic beverages (all bottles must be sealed) all of this must be kept on the camping grounds. Campers will be able to purchase alcoholic beverages and other every day items (during non-festival hours) at our general store at fair market prices.

  • Plastic Cups

  • Coolers

  • Balls and Frisbees (unless frisbees are dangerous)

  • Outside Food and Sealed Beverages


WILL YOU PROVIDE SHUTTLE SERVICES?

Yes. GATHER will provide multiple shuttle busses that run regularly from the various locations which include the official GATHER parking lot and several partner hotel locations. For a more detailed breakdown of shuttle locations, please see the sitemap for where on-site shuttle stops are located.


SHOULD I PRINT MY TICKET?

Yes. Although tickets will be accepted on cell-phones or other electronic devices, we recommend that patrons also print out their tickets for check-in. The name of the ticket holder must also match information found on the ID of the patron checking in. If the ticket is for more than one pass, all members of the party must also be present to receive credentials.

HOW DO I GET TO GATHER BY DAY THROUGH MEANS OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT?

There is a Shortline bus terminal six miles from Holiday Mountain. Please go to https://www.coachusa.com/ to check scheduling options. For travel by train, the nearest station is Port Jervis which is about 26 miles from Holiday Mountain. There will be a select number of shuttles running from the Shortline bus terminal, please check back for more details.


CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL THE TICKET I ALREADY HAVE?

All ticket purchases are final and nonrefundable. As per changing ticket options, please email info@gatheroutdoors.com for any and all ticketing inquiries. 


CAN I BRING MEDICINES TO THE FESTIVAL?

GATHER is committed to maintaining the safety and wellbeing of all persons on site and is very aware that a number of our attendees will require access to their prescribed medications. Therefore, it is our policy to permit patrons to enter the festival grounds with medications, but in accordance with the following guidelines:

a. Please ensure that medicine(s) is in its original container, with the original pharmacy sticker and issued in the name of the ticket-holder. (IE: DON’T peel the label off or carry someone else’s medication)

b. The quantity carried is the minimal required for duration on site. (IE: A full month’s supply will not be permitted onto the festival ground) Based on dosing guidelines, certain quantities will be allowed to be brought onto the festival grounds.

c. Non-essential supplements such as vitamins will NOT be permitted onto the festival grounds.

d. Any concealed medication will be confiscated. All patrons seeking to bring prescribed medication onto the festival grounds must present them to the security advisor or risk being confiscated.
